Better today....
Two days, two treatments, and chemo pills run out tomorrow.......I can SEE IT!!! Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. Funny story....people at work used to use the phrase "This too shall pass" and I would always add "...like a bad bowel movement." If I had only known!!!!!! Love, Ang

Each time I sit down to write you I want to make you feel better. I often times encourage you or compliment you for your great courage and perserverance and on rare occasions I chide you for some small thing, but always I hope to enable you by this support to stay the course. It is a solitary journey you are on, and all we can do is cheer you on from the sideline and the cheers you hear now are for a job well done. Remember those lines from Invictus:
"From out of the night that covers me, as black as the pit from pole to pole, I thank whatever Gods may be for my unconquerable soul"
Our love to you and yours, pat&mag.
Hi Angie,
I am reading this on the 20th and shouting Horray! Today is your day! If you don't have a copy of the Dr. Suess book, Oh the Places you'll Go, I think you need one. It starts off with the thought that Today is your day, you're off to great places, you're off and away! I hope your final treatment is a pleasant enough experience and if not, remember it's your last! With love and celebration, Kristine Jung
Angie: Have been thinking about you all day. Todays the day. Have a wonderful Christmas and tomorrow is a new day without treatments. Love, Helen W.
